Account Address Labels

The Account Address Labels option provides the capability for producing name and address label output for customer, supplier or employee accounts, and may optionally include account associates. The labels produced are defined by the account type, control account, account number and account group, business group, location, salesperson, call category and promotion code requirements specified. Accounts on hold and inactive accounts may optionally be included or excluded, and the labels printed, in either account number or account name sequence, may optionally include telephone numbers, list either postal address or delivery address details, and include or exclude the 'country' element of the addresses. Additionally, the 'Time Card' label type may be specified to produce labels, for employee accounts only, with company name, department name, employee name and payroll number printed. Account Membership Schedule

The Account Membership Schedule option provides the capability for producing selective listings of account and account associate relationships with member classifications, as defined by the department, account group, account number range, and associate key range requirements specified. The report details account numbers and names, associate keys and names, and associated member codes, descriptions and membership types, and may be presented in either department code, account group, account name or account number order. Account Training Schedule

The Account Training Schedule option provides the capability for producing selective listings of accounts (i.e. customers, suppliers, employees) participation in training courses, as defined by the department, account type, account group, course type, attendance date range and format requirements specified. The report details account numbers, types and names, training course codes and descriptions, attendance dates, course credits awarded and comments, and may be presented in either department, account name, account type or account group order, with course details in either course type or attendance date sequence. Codes Report

The Codes Report option provides the capability for generating listings of the various details associated with a nominated code type defined within the system, with the option of specifying whether 'open', 'closed' or all occurrences of code 'values' are to be presented. Course Attendees Schedule

The Course Attendees Schedule option provides the capability for producing selective listings of attendees of training courses, as defined by the course type, course code and code status, department, account type (i.e. creditor, debtor, employee), account status, account group, attendance date range and format requirements specified. The report details training course codes and descriptions, attendee account numbers, types and names, attendance dates, course credits awarded and comments, and may be presented as either a course type or course code analysis, with attendees listed in either account name, account group, account type or department sequence. Ctrl Account Analysis Report

The Ctrl Acct Analysis option provides the capability for listing account totals of up to 3 selected financial transaction types (e.g. Invoice, Journal), where the selected transactions fall within a specified date range. The values may be reported in a currency other than the company's default currency, and the accounts may be ordered by account number or by alphabetic key. View sample report TCSAcctCtrlAnal.

Held Transaction Report

The Held Transaction Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of account transactions which are on hold, to a nominated date, as defined by the account number, transaction status (i.e. current only or all), and transaction type (i.e. financial, non-financial or budget) requirements specified. Information provided includes account numbers and names, and transaction references, dates, types, narrations, amounts, held by, date held, and reason. Accounts may be presented in numeric or alphabetic (i.e. alpha key) order as required. View sample report TCSAcctTrnHeld.

Incomplete Documents Report

The Incomplete Documents Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of data-entry documents as defined by the department, document number range, document date range, document class and document type requirements specified. Optionally, recurring documents may be included or excluded from the report. The details listed include document types and numbers, status, created dates and usernames, and last modified dates and usernames, and may be presented in either document type or department sequence. Incomplete documents are those that have been created but not processed, i.e. submitted, or existing documents that have been subject to subsequent data entry activities but have not been processed, i.e. updated. Examples of these scenarios are new purchase orders that have been 'keyed' but not submitted, and existing purchase orders on which lines have been set for cancellation but the purchase orders have not been submitted to confirm this action. Menu Options Report

The Menu Options Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of menu options for the current company (i.e. operating entity), as defined by the initial menu specified. Indented reports are provided that reflect the tree structures in which menus are organised. View sample report TCSMenuOptions.

New Accounts Report

The New Accounts Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of recently established accounts as defined by the account type, control account, account group, franchise code, date range and format requirements specified. The selection of franchises, and analysis by franchise, are restricted to the reporting of inventory, vehicle and warranty account types only. The details listed include account numbers, account names and creation dates, with account names accompanied by account addresses if debtor or creditor account type, or accompanied by charge-to account numbers and names if job account type. The report may be analysed by the account group, business group, location code or franchise code classifications associated with the account type, and may be presented in account number, account name, i.e. alpha key, or creation date sequence. Open Item Report

The Open Item Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of account transactions, for a nominated date range, as defined by the account number, zero account balance, transaction status (i.e. current only or all), and transaction type (i.e. financial, non-financial, fiscal or budget) specified. Details listed include account numbers and names, and transaction references, dates, types, narrations, match dates, reconciliation references, amounts and cumulative amounts, sequenced by and totalled for each unique transaction reference. Additionally, if creditor or debtor account transactions are listed, the date on which the associated cash transaction on a bank account was reconciled is included, and the transaction which effected final payment of a reference, e.g. sales or purchase invoice, is accompanied by the numbers of days until such payment occurred. Paragraphs Report

The Paragraphs Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of the text files stored for use as paragraphs in account or document notes entry. System, personal or both categories of paragraph may be included, and within these, the paragraphs to be listed may be individually selected. The report presents paragraph categories, paragraph names and dates of last modification, accompanied by the associated paragraph texts. View sample report TCSParagraph.

Price Group Matrix Report

The Price Group Matrix Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of price groups and their associated price value intersections with other price groups. These price values are typically discounts rates that apply when an inventory item (i.e. an identifier) is sold to a customer (i.e. an associator). All price groups may be reported, or limited to those price groups for which intersections have been established, and may be presented in either associator or identifier sequence. Promotion Recipients

The Promotion Recipients option provides the capability for producing listings of associate accounts who have been classified as receiving a specific promotional item.

Range Specifications Report

The Range Specifications Report option provides the capability for producing listings of the range specifications that define for a company (i.e. operating entity) all 'number' ranges, and the specifications for their auto generation. For example, sales quotation document numbers may be 'constructed' from a prefix of CQ, followed by a zero filled five digit number, commencing at one, incrementing by one (i.e. CQ00001, then CQ00002, etc). Related Accounts Report

The Related Accounts Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of accounts that are related to each other, as defined by specified company codes, account type and related range. The report lists related account, company, account number and name, and either last address line (for debtor and creditor accounts) or extra name.

Rule Specifications Report

The Rule Specifications Report option provides the ability to list the details of rules that are used for generating documents and transaction sets.

System Statistics Analysis

The System Statistics Analysis option provides the capability for producing selective listings of transaction counts, document and document line counts, and processing jobs run. The analyses, for either all or a selected statistic type, may be produced for a single company, i.e. the current company, or for multiple companies to provide 'group' statistics. Each of the report sections presents counts for each of the 12 months to the specified to date, the annual count, and the average monthly count. The transactions section, for either all or a selected transaction type, additionally provides for the presentation of counts at a summary account type level, i.e. debtor, ledger, job, etc, or optionally, at a detailed level in which the account type summary totals are accompanied by control account level counts.
