Bin Replenishments

The Bin Replenishments option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, where available stock balances in the bins are below the defined levels for the bin purpose and require replenishment through item relocation activity from another bin. Only those items that require replenishment activity are included. The report format presents account numbers and names, the on hand quantity in the bin to be replenished. The report be presented in either account number, account group or franchise sequence. Bin movement documents are generated for the recommended replenishment quantities.

Bin Stock Replenishments

The Bin Stock Replenishments option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, where available stock balances in the bins are below the defined levels for the item and storage unit and require replenishment through item relocation activity from another bin. Only those items that require replenishment activity are included. The report format presents account numbers and names, the on hand quantity in the bin to be replenished. The report be presented in either account number, account group or franchise sequence. Bin movement documents are generated for the recommended replenishment quantities.

CLS Requirements

The CLS Requirements option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, where available stock balances in the carton live storage bins are below the defined levels for the item and storage unit and require replenishment through item relocation activity from another bin. Only those items that require replenishment activity are included. The report format presents account numbers and names, the on hand quantity in the bin to be replenished. The report be presented in either account number, account group or franchise sequence. Bin movement documents are generated for the recommended replenishment quantities.

Generate Transfer Requirements

The Generate Transfer Requirements option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, requiring replenishment. All item requirements may be reported, or alternatively, the listing may be restricted to either stock requirements only, i.e. where items are below defined maximum stock levels, or sales commitments only, i.e. where items have no maximums defined, but available stock is negative as a result of sales orders placed. Details reported include account numbers and names, minimum and maximum stock levels, and the on hand, on order and calculated available stock quantities from which the recommended transfer requirement quantities are determined, and may be presented in either account number or account group sequence. Optionally, transfer orders may be generated for the recommended replenishment quantities, and such orders may also be automatically submitted for processing. Requirements determined for superseded or no longer available items for which the supplying warehouse has insufficient stock are reported, but are excluded from generated orders and are advised by email to the ordering warehouse's department manager. View sample reports TCSWhseTransferReq-All, TCSWhseTransferReq-Stock, and TCSWhseTransferReq-Sales.

Generate Transfer Returns

The Generate Transfer Returns option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, where available stock balances are in excess of defined maximum levels, and the surplus may be returned to another, typically the original supplying, warehouse. Consequentially, quantities on hand of items with no maximum level set will only be retained if they are subject to sales order or sales shipment requirements. Details reported include account numbers and names, on hand, on order and available stock quantities, and the maximum stock levels from which the recommended return quantities are determined. This information is accompanied by six selectable periods of sales history and the dates and quantities relating to previous transfer requirement orders placed, and may be presented in either account number or account group sequence. Optionally, transfer orders may be generated for the recommended return quantities. View sample reports TCSWhseTransferReturns-Acct, and TCSWhseTransferReturns-AGrp.

Maximum Stock Level Review

The Maximum Stock Level Review option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, incorporating a review of minimum and maximum stock levels relative to the number of months sales base and the number of months 'sales cover' for minimum and maximum levels specified. The sales quantity history may be determined on the basis of either source warehouse or selling department, but recommended levels are not calculated for items with limited sales history, i.e. no sales in the base period, or activity in less than two history periods. Details reported include account numbers and names, existing minimum and maximum levels, six selectable periods of sales quantity history, annual sales quantities and the selected base sales quantities from which the accompanying recommended minimum and maximum levels have been calculated, and may be restricted to 'active items' only, i.e. a minimum or maximum level defined or an annual sales quantity recorded, or superseded items only. Optionally, the existing levels may be automatically updated to reflect the recommended quantities. View sample reports TCSWhseMaxLvlReview-Dept, and TCSWhseMaxLvlReview-Whse.

Movement Requirements

The Movement Requirements option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, where available stock balances in a 'to' or destination warehouse are below defined maximum levels and replenishment by a 'from' or source warehouse is required. All items for the 'to warehouse' may be reported, or alternatively, the listing may be restricted to only those items that require replenishment. The 'Summary' format presents account numbers and names, and the on hand, available, on order and maximum level quantities for the 'to warehouse' from which recommended movement quantities are determined, and the movement and available quantities for the 'from warehouse'. The 'Detailed' format presents the summary information, accompanied by customer account numbers and names, and the order numbers and quantities, in regard to outstanding sales orders. Both formats may be presented in either account number, account group or movement quantity sequence, and additionally, the detailed report may be sequenced by customer in regard to outstanding sales orders. Optionally, inventory movement documents may be generated for the recommended replenishment quantities. View sample reports TCSWhseMoveReq-Sum, TCSWhseMoveReq-Det, and TCSWhseMoveReq-Cust.

Reorder Requirements

The Reorder Requirements option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, that meet the defined inventory reorder criteria. The current on hand inventories may be accumulated from multiple warehouses, and the order requirements may be determined for either all or selected suppliers only. Details reported include account numbers and names, minimum and maximum stock levels, and the on hand, on order and available stock quantities from which the recommended reorder quantities are calculated. This information is accompanied by six selectable periods of sales history and the dates and quantities relating to previous purchase orders placed, and may be presented in either account group or supplier name sequence. Optionally, purchase quotes or purchase orders may be generated for the recommended reorder quantities. View sample reports TCSAcctInvReorder-AGrp, and TCSAcctInvReorder-Supp.

Returns Requirements

The Returns Requirements option provides the capability for producing selective analyses of warehouse accounts (i.e. inventory items) that are overstocked, inactive or of excessive age, as defined by the warehouse code, account group range, account number range, and surplus determination criteria specified. Details reported include account numbers and names, on hand, on order and available stock quantities, the maximum stock levels, aged stock balances and last sale dates from which the potential return quantities are calculated, and may be presented in either account group or supplier name sequence. Optionally, returns orders, i.e. requests for credit, may be generated for the calculated return quantities. View sample reports TCSWhseReturns-AGrp, and TCSWhseReturns-Supp.
