Auto Stock Adjustments

The Auto Stock Adjustments option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, for which adjustment transactions have been automatically generated during sales order, sales invoice or hire contract invoice processing, as defined by the warehouse, date range and format requirements specified. The report details inventory account numbers and names, transaction dates, originating document references, quantities and amounts, and may be presented in either account number, account group or franchise sequence. Bin Location Analysis

The Bin Location Analysis option provides the capability for producing selective listings of bin location groupings, as defined by the warehouse, bin location grouping length, bin group range and format requirements specified. The summary format presents, for each bin group, the first bin location within the group, the first warehouse account, i.e. inventory item, contained in that bin and the total quantity of stock on hand within the bin locations that make up the group. The detailed format presents, for each bin group, every bin location and warehouse account that exists within the bin group, accompanied by current on hand stock quantities. Where bin management is in force for a warehouse, multiple bin locations and associated quantities may be incorporated for inventory item accounts. Bin Location Labels

The Bin Location Labels option provides the capability for producing multiple sets of labels for bin location codes. Additionally, warehouse account, or inventory item, labels may also be produced, incorporating account numbers and names, bar codes if defined, and optionally, item prices, either inclusive or exclusive of tax. Bin Location Schedule

The Bin Location Schedule option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse account, i.e. inventory item, bin location details, as defined by the warehouse, account group range, account number range, bin location range and format requirements specified. The report lists account numbers and names, stock levels, and current bin locations, presented in either account number, account group or bin location sequence. Where bin management is in force for a warehouse, multiple bin locations and associated quantities may be incorporated for inventory item accounts. It is typically produced to facilitate warehouse operations during periods of system unavailability. Bin Location Worksheet

The Bin Location Worksheet option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse account (i.e. inventory item) stock levels, activity levels and binning details as defined by the warehouse, account group range, account number range and location range requirements specified. The report lists account numbers and names, maximum stock levels and on hand quantities, annual sales quantities, item weight and volume statistics, and current bin locations, presented in either account number, account group, bin location or annual sales volume sequence. Optionally, the report may be restricted to list not located items only, or utilised to reset (i.e. set as blank) bin locations for items with nil stock and no maximum level set. It is typically used in regard to warehouse reorganisation or other inventory relocation exercises. Count Discrepancies

The Count Discrepancies option provides the capability for producing quantity discrepancy reports for stocktake documents. Either all items or only those items with selected value discrepancies may be listed, optionally including the details of each count quantity entry by reference. Additionally, the report may be restricted to summary totals only. The report details account numbers and names, last counted dates, bin locations, line numbers, count numbers, count quantities, on hand stock quantities, variance quantities, unit costs, variance amounts and cumulative variance amounts, and may be presented in either bin location or account number sequence. Whilst break references, i.e. lot/serial numbers, may be optionally included or excluded, break reference details relating to items with count discrepancies are always presented, irrespective of whether breaks checking had been enabled or disabled when the stocktake document was created. Note that where bin management is in force for a warehouse, multiple bin locations may apply for an inventory item. Critical Stock Alerts

The Critical Stock Alerts option provides the capability for emailing the warehouse department managers with details of items that are set as critical and which are now out of stock.

Disposal of Stock Report

The Disposal of Stock option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, in a specified warehouse, where the same items in ALL warehouses have last sales dates that occur on or before the selected last sale date, AND their average age is prior to the selected age date (if the age basis is selected as 'Average'), or their FIFO date is prior to the selected age date (if the age basis is selected as 'FIFO'), AND their average cost lies within the specified unit cost range. The report presents account numbers and names, FIFO age dates or average age dates, last sales dates and quantities, total stock quantities, stock quantities in the specified warehouse, disposal quantities, post-disposal quantities (i.e. total stock quantities less disposal quantities), unit disposal costs and total disposal costs. The report may be presented in either account number, account group or franchise sequence. Optionally, stock adjustment documents may be generated, but not submitted for processing, for the recommended disposal quantities.

Item Returns Analysis

The Item Returns Analysis option provides the capability for producing selective analyses of warehouse account, i.e. inventory item, sales returns over nominated periods as defined by the warehouse, franchise, account group range, account number range, return reason, as at date and format requirements specified. The summary format lists inventory account numbers and names, and the return quantities by return reason as a periodic analysis. The detailed format lists transaction level data including lot/serial references where applicable, return numbers and dates, customer account numbers and names, and return quantities, accompanied by details of the final disposition of the returned items if repairs have been undertaken. Move Inventory Document Report

The Move Inventory Document Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of inventory item movements between warehouses, as defined by the document number range, price code and report style requirements specified. The report may be produced as a picking format for the despatching warehouse, or as a binning format, optionally including sell prices, for the receiving warehouse, focusing on bin locations and quantities, or alternatively, as a movement costing format, detailing quantities, unit costs and total values. Additionally, lot/serial references are incorporated on all report styles where applicable. Note that where bin management is in force for a warehouse, multiple bin locations may apply for an inventory item. Following the confirmation of movement activity, reprints are annotated with an appropriate 'copy only' warning. Quality Assurance Analysis

The Quality Assurance Analysis option provides the capability for producing selective listings of the details of quality assurance inspections and subsequent product failures resulting in repairs and warranty claims, as defined by the franchise, account group range, account number range, date range, failure type and format requirements specified. The summary format presents account numbers and names, failure codes and descriptions, item quantities and employee time involved. The detailed format presents the summary information, accompanied by lot/serial references, failure dates and details of testing in regard to pre-sale quality inspections, or details of job accounts or warranty accounts, including charge-to account numbers and names, in regard to repairs or claims arising from subsequent sales. Both formats may be analysed by inventory item or failure type, with items presented in either account number, account group or franchise sequence. Serial Inventory Status

The Serial Inventory Status option provides the capability for producing selective listings of serially numbered warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, currently on hand, as defined by the warehouse, franchise, account group, account number range and format requirements specified. The report includes inventory account numbers, names, quantities and values on hand, accompanied by the unique serial numbers, unit costs, and transaction dates and references on which they were received into stock, presented in either account number, account group or franchise sequence. Stock Adjustments Report

The Stock Adjustments Report option provides the capability for producing selective listings of stock adjustment entries, as defined by the warehouse, date range, document number range and report style requirements specified. The report may be produced as either a document listing, presenting adjustment dates, adjustment accounts, warehouses, reasons for adjustment and document numbers, accompanied by details of item codes and descriptions, bin locations, adjustment quantities and unit cost values in warehouse account number, i.e. inventory item, sequence, or alternatively, as a warehouse advice in 'picking list' format, in bin location code sequence, appropriate for instructing warehouse staff on the required actions to be taken. Note that where bin management is in force for a warehouse, multiple bin locations may apply for an inventory item. Following the confirmation of adjustment activity, warehouse advice reprints are annotated with an appropriate 'copy only' warning. Additionally, lot/serial references are incorporated on both report styles where applicable. Warehouse Status Report

The Warehouse Status Report option provides the capability for producing selective schedules of warehouse account (i.e. inventory item) quantity and value balances as at a nominated date, as defined by the warehouse, account group range, account number range and zero balances (i.e. inclusion or exclusion) requirements specified. Details listed include account numbers and names, minimum and maximum stock levels, standard reorder quantities, quantities on purchase orders, quantities committed to sales orders and sales shipments, pending quantities on documents currently being processed, on hand quantity balances, warehouse locations, last unit costs, current average unit costs, and on hand inventory value balances, and may be presented in either account number or account group sequence. Worksheet for Stocktake

The Worksheet for Stocktake option provides the capability for producing inventory stocktaking lists from stocktake documents, with worksheets for ABC cyclic count requirements appropriately identified. Optionally, warehouse account names, i.e. inventory item descriptions, may be accompanied by extra name details to assist with product identification, and following the entry of count quantities, worksheets may be restricted to only those items with discrepancies, to reprint listings appropriate to recount activities.
